Because everyone has the free will to do as they please. If someone is confident with who they are why should they be forced to hide themselves because of society? Bull crap in my opinion.

I don't think it's a certain size that people should wear a bikini. i think it all depends on how toned you are and how flat your stomach is. if you are broad and tall enough to be a bigger size, but still very fit, you shouldn't not be able to wear a bikini.

It really depends on the person. Some people have huge boobs and are skinny other places. If they're a size 14 and they don't have roles, who cares. Plus, people buy them just to tan in their back yard or at a tanning bed, or to wear in a home jacuzzi with their significant other. Who cares though? Let people live. There are a lot of ugly skinny folks.

What? just cuz some girls have weight issues there no allowd to feel good about themselves, and wear a bikini? girls will be girls women will be women, we all want to feel good about ourseves in some way and i think its quite rude of you too ask why there are bikinis in plus size stores!!!!
