Question: Plus size lingerie i need help with party ideas i need feedback on my ideas?

Hi I was having trouble finding sexy lingerie for myself in the larger sizes. When I spoke to friends they too had the same problem So I went looking. I contacted a manufacturer of plus size lingerie. I told my friends I found sexy lingerie in sizes16 to 28 they asked me to order some for them I ordered 20 items and sold it all in the same day. Now I’ve got people asking me if I would do lingerie parties I keep putting them of as I’m not sure how to go about it I don’t want to get in to the sell this much and you get this or the get 2 party bookings and you get so much of your next order or order this now and you get it in 4 weeks type of thing This is what I had in mind I would love some feedback on what you think The hostess gets to pick something for FREE any piece of lingerie No ordering If you like something and you want buy it there and then Ok or I’ll do a lay- by No pressure selling just get a few friends together have a few drinks have a few laughs try on some lingerie

I would say Victoria Secret on the clearance but it is kinda made for smaller girls check out Lane Bryant online and see what they got...might have just what you are looking for.....hope it is of some help!!

Sounds like a good idea. I suggest talking to a lawyer to establish a business name & make sure you are protected from liability suits. (It's amazing what people can file & create a hassle for you.) Also, have a back up plan for excess inventory or styles that don't sell as well as you expect. I would go to something like that, but only if it was all plus-sized friends. I know that sounds mean, but I would be totally uncomfortable if it was my skinnier friends, too. That is such a cool idea, really.
