Question: Cute plus size jackets and blazers?

My step- sister just got a promotion. Its kind of a big deal and she is going into a management position. I am hosting a "new wardrobe " party for her, and the goal is to toast her achievement and get her started on a new business casual wardrobe. She has pretty much lived in jeans, t- shirts, and sandels for years and she knows she needs to step it up in this new job. Kinda like a bridal shower/ baby shower, but not. Yeah, my family is weird. . . . . I wanted to get her one or two cute blazers or jackets but I am having the hardest time finding anything in her size (20 - 22) that doesn't look matronly. She is only 28! Any suggestions? I'd love to find something that has some personality, texture, color, embellishments, etc.

Torrid is a great store for young women who want a little pizazz with their plus size clothing. Lane Bryant also carries some really nice work clothing. Not boring! Try looking at their websites. Old navy online also has a nice plus size section. Unfortunately, they took the plus size section out of the Old navy stores and you have to buy online now.
