When the noun is plural (curves) the article needs to be plural as well (Las). Also, the gender of the article depends upon the gender of the noun. (Interesting concept, huh? But it applies in French, Spanish, Italian, and probably Portuguese.) So a masculine singular noun would take "El ", while a masculine plural noun takes "Los ". Similarly, a feminine singular noun will take "La, " and a feminine plural noun will take "Las. " (For French, it would be "Le, " "Les, " "La, " ...but my Francais is a little rusty.) As for a title, how about "Genuine Mujeres Have Curves ", or even "Real Women Have Curves. " (Yes, I know that is the title of a movie that America Ferrera starred in, but you can't copyright a title.) Or to adjust your original ideas "Viva Las Curves " or "Viva Las Hips. " Or, since it is about plus-size fashion... "Fashion Plus. " (Keep it super-simple.) |
